The Agnes Scott College permanent collection began in 1965 with a gift of 50 original works from Harry L Dalton given to the college to honor his wife, Mary Keesler Dalton, class of 1925.

Since then, the permanent collection of the college has grown to a robust collection built around the Mission of the college and designed to serve the education of our students.

Selections from the permanent collection are on view across our campus and are available to the public. You can see which works are on view, and see some of our student scholarship on the work.

This is an ongoing archival project so stay tuned for more information and scholarship about the work on view at collection.daltongallery.agnesscott.org
